This is just a short excerpt for the about page.

Hi! I’ve been fascinated by seeing how changing my thought patterns have a big impact on how I see the world, enjoy happiness or life. I feel that growing up we accumulate a huge amount of biases, fears, pre-conceived ideas and baggage in general that limits the things we can do. As adults we have a chance to identify them and get rid of all those limits. I have been doing karate, meditation, cognitive behavior therapy and reading books to free myself of my biases. What I learnt might be helpful to you also.

My biggest wake up was being in a long-term relationship with someone with borderline personality disorder. She opened a whole new world to me, of great possibilities and great darkness, and in the process learnt that change is possible, but it is not a passive endeavor. You need to actively and mindfully change yourself — and the payoffs are huge.
